Pantelis Levantis (B.Sc. Physics, MBA) is the founder and Managing Director of the companies ECOVERITAS and P.LEVANTIS DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION.
ECOVERITAS is a pioneer sustainability consulting company. Among other services, it implements in Greece and abroad BREEAM certifications (building level), BREEAM Ιn-Use certifications (asset portfolios level) and consults for Corporate Sustainability Strategies (property company level) through custom or ready to go platforms such as ISA etc. Pantelis is a BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP), International Assessor and In-Use Auditor. He received from BRE the BREEAM Country First Award 2013 for the first BREEAM certification in Greece (Greenstore retail building of AB Vassilopoulos SA) and he is an associate and founding member of the BRE Academy launched in London on March 2014.
P. LEVANTIS DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION currently develops the first BREEAM certified (Design stage) office building in Greece. Pantelis has extensive experience in own property development and construction projects in Greece (>35.000m2 of commercial and residential buildings) and in depth technical knowledge of sustainability and its business case.
