Thanos Spandideas is a Senior Negotiator & Project Manager with Athens Economics ltd, the company that represents JLL in Greece.

He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus.

Positions held to date include:

  •  2003 – present, Senior Negotiator & Project Manager, Athens Economics Ltd

Thanos has a threefold role within the company as he is responsible for (a) project management of office fit out and  refurbishment works, (b) corporate tenancy services (including market research, new leases, renegotiations) (c) office and  industrial acquisitions and disposals. He is also responsible for the company’s IT structure and maintenance. In recent years he  has actively sought answers to sustainability questions.

  • 2002 – 2003, Assistant Project Manager & Construction Supervisor in the renovation project of the Central Athens Meat Market
  • 2001 – 2002, Executive – Design & Engineering Department, Kouros SA
