Section 3 – THE BUSINESS CASE FOR SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGS IN GREECE
Aliki joined Colliers International Greece in 2013 as a Senior Valuer for the Valuation and Advisory Services department. Bringing with her a decade in work experience, she is responsible for the valuation and advisory services and market research across Greece and Cyprus.
Aliki’s extensive experience in property valuations and market research dates back to 2004. During these years, she has successfully delivered a significant number of valuations on behalf of international as well as local investors and clients for IFRS purposes, Due Diligence support, corporate management and decision making support. In particular, she has strategically overseen the procedures of a number of valuations for commercial property such as shopping centres, retail, and office. Also, she has undertaken numerous residential, industrial as well as hotel and resort valuations. Additionally, she has managed the valuations of high-volume property portfolios working on behalf both international and domestic investors and clients throughout Greece.
She has concluded valuations for National Bank of Greece Properties S.A., Aget, Elais S.A., J&P Avax, BP, El. Technodomiki, Chandris Group, Sonae Sierra, Daskalantonakis Group, ABP Plus International, Sephora, HSBC, Vovos, Club Med, Tui – Grecotel, The Mall (Athens), Mediterannean Mall (Thessaloniki), Citygate (Thessaloniki), APN UK, Pirelli, Henderson, Mondelez International, IBG Management S.A, Investment Bank of Greece, Piraeus Real Estate, Bluehouse, Elbit Cohin Island.
