Section 3 – THE BUSINESS CASE FOR SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGS IN GREECE
He was born in 1964 in Thessaloniki, Greece. He is married with 2 children.
He studied at the Ludwig Maximilians Universitaet Muenchen in Germany and got a Vordiplom Betriebswirtschaft (Business Administration) and a Diplom Betriebwirtschaft (Business Administration). He is a fluent speaker of the Greek, German and English languages. He is a member of ERES, ELIE and RICS (MRICS).
He has a long experience as a real estate consultant (valuations, studies, property & market research, investment analysis, etc).
Mr. Paraskevopoulos has written many articles in the financial press regarding the Greek Real Estate Market. He also participates in several real estate conferences in Greece and abroad as a speaker and head of panels. He has been in charge of several projects assigned by clients such as American Insurance Group, 3M, Lucent Technologies, AKS Hotels, Millennium Bank, Shell, BP, Yorkshire, ATE bank, Olympic Properties, Hellenic Republic Development Asset Fund, Procter & Gamble, THPA, KED, Picar, Pradera, Sonae Sierra, Carrefour etc. His current position from 2002 is General Manager and shareholder of Danos – BNP PARIBAS Real Estate Chartered Surveyors.
